Scope of Work:

Project’s concept is a joint effort between the developer and the clients.  Initial input concept from the questioner by the client will be assessed and discussed by both party.

We, the developer, will commence a research and study based from the previous consultation and discussion.

We will then provide a draft conceptual framework of the overall concept for further discussion and approval.

Approved concept will be carried out to the project team for production.

Script writing will be based from the approved conceptual framework’s flow and contents

We will provide 3 different type of storyboard based from the final script. 

1. FULLPAGE Storyboard:  Full page mainmenu screen with detail space allocation for the desired contents along with the drawing and sketches complete with handwritten text specs.

2. THUMBNAIL SCREEN Storyboard: This type of storyboard provides the whole scenario of the presentation in small details.

3. DESCRIPTIVE Storyboard: This type of storyboard is purely descriptive type in tabular format from start to the end.

Mock-up Design Theme is based from the brand concept, script and storyboard.

Mock-up design consist of the mainmenu, submenu, section, subsection and main content which will be presented to the client for approval.

All materials needed in the said project must be submitted in either via ftp, email or specified youtube channel (for Video Contents) by the clients.

Accordion Content

We will provide the service based on the final script and storyboard needed for the project. 

All output will be in digital format and will be available via shared repository for private viewing and presentation.

Graphic design will commence once the final mock-up design is already approve. 

This is the production stage for the design and layout of all the contents for the entire presentation.

All final screen design will be published via share repository for transparency n accordance with the leadtime/ timetable schedule.

Voice-over recording will commence once the final script is already done and approved.

Final VO will be published via shared repository for transparency and private viewing

We will provide this service in the event where it is really needed in the project for a better impact of the said presentation. 

In the case where the client has its own original jingle, we will just provide the editing and enhancement  accordance with the project presentation specification from the final script and storyboard.

This is the stage where all parts of the final design, voice-over, background music, audio effect and videos will be integrated, animate and sync under score editing.

This is the final stage of the multimedia software production.

We will do the authoring and programming based from the storyboard specification.

We will present the beta version of the said running multimedia presentation  software to the client as per schedule.

Software compilation encryption will automatically be done once the final minor bugs and fixes is done.
